This notice describes optional website analytics and the cookies used for website operation. It does not replace the separate notices and consent choices for identity verification, customer accounts, payments or marketing messages.
Cookies and preferences
The website uses wpconsent_preferences to remember your cookie-consent choice and pll_language to remember your selected language. This notice covers the analytics and preference cookies listed below; it does not claim to list every cookie used by account, identity-verification or payment services.
Your optional-cookie choice is remembered for 30 days. You can change it earlier using Cookie Settings.
Optional Google Analytics
With your permission, the website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and improve website content and navigation. This can include the pages viewed, traffic source, approximate geographic region, device/browser information and interactions such as scrolling or clicking links. Reports help us assess organic search traffic and the usefulness of landing pages.
With a fresh Statistics choice, we also measure paid purchases. After payment is confirmed, our server may send the transaction ID, product IDs, quantities, item prices after discounts, net item value, currency, tax and shipping to Google Analytics. Net item value excludes tax and shipping, which are separate amounts. This can occur after you close the page, including when a bank transfer is confirmed later, only while the captured grant remains valid. Opening the Thank You page alone does not count as a paid purchase. We do not send customer names, contact details, delivery addresses, identity-verification data, order-access keys or private-page URLs with purchase events.
An earlier Statistics choice does not automatically authorize or renew this purchase measurement. If a new choice is needed at checkout or confirmation, we open the existing Cookie Settings so you can save your own preference. Rejecting Statistics does not prevent a purchase.
Analytics scripts and analytics collection requests are blocked until you accept the Statistics category. Rejecting optional cookies allows you to continue using the website. We do not treat continued browsing as analytics consent.
This analytics setup does not enable Google advertising features, Google Signals, user-provided data collection or automatic form/search-term capture. Identity documents, selfies, identity-verification results, customer contact information and payment evidence are not intended to be sent through this analytics setup.
Google receives the permitted analytics data and may process it outside Thailand. Information about Google’s processing is available in Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s explanation of partner-site data use.
Retention
Google Analytics user-level and event-level data retention is configured to 14 months. This setting is separate from cookie expiry and from aggregate reporting.
The _ga cookie is retained for up to 12 months from the first visit. The _ga_TZG8KWJRB9 cookie maintains analytics session state for up to 12 months, and its expiry may refresh with subsequent activity. Google Analytics cookies are used only after Statistics consent. The cookie listing below describes the cookies configured for this setup.
Purchase measurement uses optional Statistics cookies cv_analytics_consent_token (an opaque grant identifier), cv_analytics_client_id and cv_analytics_session_id (existing Google Analytics identifiers, when available). Each expires no later than 30 days after the fresh purchase-measurement choice; visiting more pages does not extend that grant.
We also keep an opaque active-grant record (cv_analytics_active_grant) and pending-withdrawal records (cv_analytics_revoke:*) in first-party browser localStorage to keep choices consistent across tabs and retry unsuccessful withdrawals. No order or contact details are stored in these records. Their validity ends with the original 30-day grant; acknowledged withdrawal records are removed earlier, and expired records are removed on the next website visit. These consent records do not send data to Google before permission.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
Select Cookie Settings at any time to turn Statistics off and save your preferences. This stops further optional analytics collection and revokes pending purchase delivery associated with the browser grant. Failed withdrawal requests are retained for retry; already-delivered events are not recalled. You can also remove existing cookies through your browser settings. Withdrawing permission does not reverse processing that occurred before withdrawal.
